Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Strategic Sales team to drive expansion ARR through outbound cross-sell efforts
- Achieve quarterly ARR quota objectives and ensure long-term account growth through collaboration with various teams
- Develop a high-performing sales culture by coaching the team and fostering accountability
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise sales within a B2B SaaS or AI SaaS company
- 5+ years of first-line sales leadership experience
- Experience with Sandler Sales training and MEDDPICC qualification framework preferred
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to demonstrate value to customers
- High level of intellectual curiosity and a builder mentality
