A company is looking for a Director of Inside Sales to lead their BDR function and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize sales tools and processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 4+ years in BDR/SDR leadership roles
  • Proven success in building and scaling inside sales teams in fast-growing environments
  • Hands-on experience with outbound tooling such as Hubspot, Clay, and Gong
  • Strong coaching abilities and a passion for developing early-career talent
  • Analytical mindset with experience managing pipeline metrics and conversion rates
