Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing analytics projects and develop comprehensive dashboards to track KPIs
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaign performance and customer behavior
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and present data-driven recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics and experimentation
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools
- Expertise in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Excellent understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs
