Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical operational and research projects

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Statistics, Education Measurement, Psychometrics, or related field
• Advanced training in psychometric research and statistics
• At least 8 years of professional experience in assessment systems
• Experience with sampling theory and item response theory
• Ability to work effectively in a consulting environment
