Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Account Executive & Sales Manager to drive pipeline generation and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive pipeline generation strategy and ensure SDRs source 20-30% of total pipeline
  • Refine and improve sales playbooks and manage a high-performing SDR team
  • Own pipeline reporting and deal inspection to track performance and establish conversion benchmarks
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an SDR or equivalent in outbound sales
  • 3-5 years of Enterprise AE experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Proven success in multi-threading and prospecting into executive buyers
  • Strong track record in building and executing sales playbooks
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools
