A company is looking for a Lead Account Executive & Sales Manager to drive pipeline generation and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline generation strategy and ensure SDRs source 20-30% of total pipeline
- Refine and improve sales playbooks and manage a high-performing SDR team
- Own pipeline reporting and deal inspection to track performance and establish conversion benchmarks
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an SDR or equivalent in outbound sales
- 3-5 years of Enterprise AE experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Proven success in multi-threading and prospecting into executive buyers
- Strong track record in building and executing sales playbooks
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools
