A company is looking for a Learner Success Advocate to support and guide learners throughout their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, providing support and encouragement
- Moderate live sessions, ensuring engagement and logistical support
- Track and monitor learner progress, identifying at-risk learners and providing necessary guidance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Experience with CRM and LMS platforms
- Experience working in a remote-based environment
- Experience in a startup environment is preferred
- Experience in education is preferred but not required
