Key Responsibilities
- Provide a superior call experience by engaging with callers and resolving their inquiries from start to finish
- Build rapport with diverse callers and navigate multiple systems to assess situations and present solutions
- Focus on quality and first-call resolution while minimizing processing time and after-call work
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education preferred
- FINRA Series 6 license required
- Experience in navigating complex customer interactions from support to resolution
- Ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a background check (criminal and financial)
