Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from existing customers addressing service needs and selling on applicable calls
• Assist customers with billing issues, policy changes, inquiries, and claims
• Provide excellent customer service while managing sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active Life/Health Insurance license
• Customer service experience required
• Call center experience preferred
• Experience in life insurance sales is necessary
• Must reside in MI, IN, WI, FL, GA, NC, SC, or TX
