Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trauma Specialty Care Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic screenings and refer members to trauma specialty treatment providers
• Provide stabilization support and facilitate care coordination for members experiencing PTSD and complex trauma
• Document member interactions and maintain accurate records within required timeframes

Required Qualifications

• Independently licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical care experience with PTSD and complex trauma
• Experience with motivational interviewing and diagnostic assessment
• Knowledge of phased-based trauma treatment models and evidence-based practices for PTSD
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using various computer platforms
