Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retention Sales Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders to ensure satisfaction and guide them through plan benefits
- Cross-sell products across multiple divisions, including Medicare insurance products during peak times
- Assist with various responsibilities as needed, including support for Population Health initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Recent experience in insurance, call center, or work-from-home settings required
- Sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Must obtain a Life & Health or Accident & Health insurance producer license if not already held
- Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems and Google Suite
