A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Director to lead revenue operations and analytics, optimize CRM functionality, and provide data-driven insights for organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee CRM systems for accurate reporting, forecasting, and analytics while driving system enhancements and adoption
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable sales and revenue processes, including territory planning and pipeline management
- Analyze pipeline and revenue data to provide forecasting and actionable insights for senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in revenue planning or revenue operations in the SaaS or technology industry
- Demonstrated leadership in driving sales process improvements and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong knowledge of IT/SaaS Industry and HubSpot CRM (or closely related CRM)
- Ability to design, model, and administer commission plans
