A company is looking for a Global Lifecycle Campaign Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to engage prospects and customers across all stages of their journey
- Identify key moments within the customer lifecycle to introduce relevant products and guide desired behaviors
- Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior to evaluate effectiveness and report on key lifecycle KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors
- Deep understanding of integrated B2B lifecycle marketing strategies across various customer segments
- Proven track record of developing and executing cross-sell and upsell campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing initiatives
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot and Braze
