Loan Sale Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Placements Specialist in Loan Sale Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations related to all loan sales
• Prepare direct offers, daily loan auctions, and loan closing packages
• Coordinate with legal and accounting departments and communicate with bank partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of professional experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel
• Experience with documentation and customer service
• Prior exposure to legal agreements is a plus but not required
