Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key financial advisor to GTM executives, providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
• Lead the planning and forecasting processes for all GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Develop and analyze key GTM performance indicators and manage headcount and expense budgets

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, with at least 5+ years supporting Go-to-Market functions in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company
• Significant experience in a pre-IPO or public SaaS company
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a strong plus
