Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of enterprise account executives to meet sales financial objectives and operational goals
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff while maintaining and expanding the customer base
- Contribute to strategic planning and implement changes to improve sales systems and processes
Required Qualifications and Education
- 3+ years of field sales management experience in IT, Information Services, or Business Services
- 8+ years of total field sales experience
- Proven ability to manage a team responsible for significant sales deals
- Experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions to government entities
- Demonstrated success in C-Level sales activity
