Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Originates and completes mortgage loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintains communication with clients throughout the loan processing period and assists with inquiries
• Designs and implements business plans to increase sales and build relationships with referral sources

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or equivalent industry experience
• NMLS registration is required
• Strong familiarity with standard loan products and underwriting guidelines
• Ability to generate independent leads for new business
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations related to mortgages
