Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth across clients
- Develop and implement strategic vision for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Coordinate with executive leadership on performance indicators and facilitate data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations related to Medicare and Marketplace
- Experience with telephony solutions and Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Power BI
