Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Powersports OEM & Partner Program Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Powersports OEMs and Associations to drive sales revenue
- Collaborate with team members to expand dealer program relationships and implement strategic promotions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and analyze market conditions to identify revenue opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with executive-level decision makers and OEM partner sales
- 3+ years of direct experience in the Powersports industry, preferably Marine Powersports
- Experience managing long sales cycles and large business accounts
- Proven ability to develop strong account relationships and utilize data in the sales process
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
