Job Summary
A company is looking for a Maintenance System Agent / Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and perform data entry while following established procedures
- Communicate with team members for follow-up and ensure accurate data processing
- Interact daily with supervisors, peers, and customers regarding TSA-related information
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school education or equivalent with 4 years of related experience
- Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems, such as Maximo or comparable ticketing systems
- Experience with parts ordering processes and call handling
- Must be a U.S. citizen and successfully pass a federal background investigation
- Candidates with a current TSA Suitability Determination are preferred
