A company is looking for a Technical Operations Coordinator to manage member-facing processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume workflows while identifying opportunities for streamlining and scaling
- Monitor task queues and SLAs to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Maintain and update SOPs and process documentation for assigned workflows
Qualifications:
- 0-2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, product operations, or technical operations roles
- Proficient with Google Sheets, Slack, and ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Jira)
- Experience with or interest in workflow automation tools or scripting
- Previous working experience with SQL
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute repeatable processes at scale
