Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Continuous Improvement Associates, establishing clear expectations for initiatives
- Create policies and protocols that ensure a high-quality experience for contacts and counselors
- Collaborate with department leaders to maintain consistent standards and evaluate the effectiveness of resources
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Public Health or a related field
- Proficiency in Zendesk and Salesforce, with relevant experience in content management and ticketing processes
- At least 2 years of experience writing policies and protocols for crisis intervention
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings, particularly with diverse populations
- Experience leading and developing teams, with strong planning and problem-solving skills
