  • Proficiency in Zendesk and Salesforce, with relevant experience in content management and ticketing processes
  • At least 2 years of experience writing policies and protocols for crisis intervention
  • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings, particularly with diverse populations
  • Experience leading and developing teams, with strong planning and problem-solving skills
