Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Partner Services, Implementation and Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct a team to deliver excellence in employer implementation and integration
• Act as a liaison between Growth and Operations Leadership to address implementation issues and exceed customer expectations
• Forecast and track key metrics while identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading a diverse team with a focus on metrics and process improvement
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Remote leadership experience preferred
• High emotional intelligence and a passion for team building and mentoring
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
