Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Partner Services, Implementation and Integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct a team to deliver excellence in employer implementation and integration
- Act as a liaison between Growth and Operations Leadership to address implementation issues and exceed customer expectations
- Forecast and track key metrics while identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience leading a diverse team with a focus on metrics and process improvement
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Remote leadership experience preferred
- High emotional intelligence and a passion for team building and mentoring
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
