A company is looking for a Manager of Payor Strategy & Contracting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives by leveraging analyses and facilitating project management for payor contracting
- Monitor and report performance by developing KPIs and dashboards focused on pricing strategies
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with various departments to develop analyses and models for contracting initiatives
Required Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to work with complex models and generate meaningful insights
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of healthcare payor contracting and revenue cycle management is a plus
- Consulting or relevant healthcare experience is advantageous
