Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Rebates and Interconnection.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee utility applications, rebate reservations, and SREC/VPP enrollment
• Manage internal specialists and vendor performance, including conducting business reviews and negotiating contracts
• Build and lead a team to streamline rebate and interconnection processes for residential PV and storage systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field with 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in solar system design and engineering
• Demonstrated solar sales skills and results
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
• Experience in team development and people management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
