Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and other forms of communication, ensuring messages are routed appropriately
- Support medical records management, including processing faxes and maintaining patient documents
- Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and coordination of patient care activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
- 1+ year of call center experience or equivalent work experience
- Certified/registered Medical Assistant preferred
- Proficiency in telephony and medical record systems
