Key Responsibilities
- Perform deep customer analysis using advanced SQL and statistical techniques to generate actionable insights
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and incrementality tests to inform strategic decision-making
- Manage and develop a team, ensuring accountability for deliverables and driving methodological improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of analytics experience with a focus on attribution modeling
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics with a proven ability to influence strategy
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing an analytics team
- Expert proficiency with SQL and experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or Looker
