A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate reports and analyze data to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance, including managing email lists and ongoing email programs
- Support the development and execution of campaigns across various channels using marketing automation platforms and CRM
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs, particularly Salesforce and Pardot
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and website builders such as WordPress
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including list management and segmentation
