Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) for Child or Adult care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to children and adults, either in-person or via telehealth
• Participate in weekly case consultations and receive or provide supervision
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage clinical responsibilities within a supportive practice environment

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred
• Ability to work autonomously with a flexible schedule
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
• Willingness to engage in a collaborative team environment
