Medical Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical- Open Enrollment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate member coverage information and ensure data integrity
• Review and reconcile member records and enrollment information
• Process enrollment requests for new or reinstated members and maintain detailed records

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in enrollment processing, particularly with Medicaid, Medicare, or Commercial enrollment
• Experience with specific systems, such as Facets, is preferred
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
