Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Payment Poster.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and post payments to patient accounts, including cash, checks, and EOBs
• Batch claims and reconcile deposits to ensure accuracy and timely entry
• Communicate with insurance providers to resolve unapplied cash and adjustments

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cash posting and medical billing
• Experience with NexGen EHR system is required
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• High accuracy in data entry; advanced 10-key skills are a plus
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and experience with FQHCs preferred
