Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth across client accounts
- Develop and implement strategic vision for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Coordinate with executive leadership on performance indicators and support the Telesales team's campaign management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- Deep knowledge of healthcare industry compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
- Experience with telephony solutions and Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Power BI
