A company is looking for a Director, Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth for clients
- Design and implement strategic vision for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Foster a culture of excellence and employee engagement while managing client campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a scaled inside-sales function (200+ team members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- Deep knowledge of healthcare industry compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
- Experience with market knowledge of AI and telephony solutions like Amazon Connect
