A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist I to provide support and guidance to members throughout their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional member experiences and facilitate enrollment in the program
- Communicate effectively with members via chat, email, and phone to assist with program navigation
- Monitor and report on metrics related to productivity, member engagement, and satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Passionate about providing customer service and working with diverse populations
- Bachelor's Degree in human services, communications, business, or marketing is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, healthcare, or customer service in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong presentation skills and ability to meet performance targets
- Individuals in addiction recovery are encouraged to apply
