Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer in the Pacific Time Zone with flexible location options.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve, triage, or escalate customer workflow issues by diagnosing platform/infrastructure vs. user code problems
- Drive retention and increase adoption by developing deep knowledge of customers' business objectives and technical solutions
- Collaborate with various teams to represent the voice of the customer and maintain customer-facing documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Data or Software Engineering with a strong understanding of public cloud technologies and ML/data infrastructure
- Strong Python programming skills; Go experience is a plus
- Experience supporting both SMB and enterprise customers with infrastructure products and solutions
- Familiarity with data processing, ML systems, MLOps, and machine learning infrastructure components
- Awareness or strong interest in the latest trends in machine learning and data orchestration fields
