Key Responsibilities

- Handles incoming calls, routes messages, and provides general administrative support while adhering to confidentiality laws
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some receptionist or office experience preferred
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office required
- Level 2 requires at least 18 months of front medical office receptionist experience
- Level Sr requires at least 5 years of front medical office receptionist experience
