Required Qualifications

  • Proficient understanding of IT systems and familiarity with support tools such as ticketing systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven and motivated to learn and develop within the team
  • Understanding of MSP operations and service delivery models is preferred
