Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Operations Center Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tier II technical support for hardware, software, and quality issues related to a large EV charging network
• Monitor network performance and manage incident responses, focusing on charger availability and performance
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to analyze asset issues and coordinate resolutions with manufacturers

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Technology, IT, Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Intermediate knowledge of electrical devices, electronics, and IT networking environments
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis
• Proficiency in software systems and data analysis, including intermediate to advanced skills in M.S. Excel
• Ability to work varied shifts and manage overtime based on business needs
