Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and provides support through various communication channels
• Assists clients in identifying personal recovery goals and develops interventions based on their needs
• Advocates for appropriate resources and maintains relationships to monitor clients' emotional and behavioral changes

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Competency in recognizing and addressing clients' unique needs
• Ability to model effective communication and coping skills
• Experience in crisis intervention and support
• Ability to work under time and decision-making pressure
