Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II to provide support for the 988 Lifeline Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients in a therapeutic manner and provide support through assessments and referrals
• Assist clients in identifying personal recovery goals and developing objectives and interventions
• Advocate for appropriate resources based on assessed needs and maintain client relationships for ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Experience in crisis intervention
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
• Willingness to work in a clean, well-lighted environment with varying noise levels
