Key Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned Revenue Services teams and manage client inquiries related to claims processing
- Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving claims issues and provide direction to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate internal and external meetings to discuss process improvements
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in healthcare billing or collections and client-facing/customer service roles
- 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- 3-5 years of experience with workers' compensation billing and collections preferred
- Intermediate understanding of insurance claims processing and strong computer proficiency
