Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Representative to support and educate agents in selling employee benefits solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with agents and the Business Solutions Department to provide employee benefits education and manage case status
- Offer one-on-one case consultation and design services for agents and Business Solutions Consultants
- Update and maintain proposal data in Salesforce and assist agents during client meetings
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree preferred with 2+ years of relevant experience in Group Benefits
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills
- Able to navigate relationships within a matrix organization
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Life and Health Insurance License preferred or ability to obtain
