Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Assistant to provide administrative support for Mortgage Loan Originators.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative support functions for assigned Mortgage Loan Originator(s) until application submission
- Follow up with borrowers for required documentation and respond to their questions related to loan status
- Utilize marketing tools to assist in growing the Mortgage Loan Originator's business
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in administrative support activities
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required
- Previous mortgage assistant or Mortgage Loan Originator experience preferred
- Experience in qualifying a buyer
