NOC Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Technician- Federal (3rd Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain global data center ecosystems
• Provision new points of presence and respond to system/network faults
• Create and maintain documentation related to global points of presence and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional technical support or data center operations experience
• Basic understanding of the OSI model and internetworking
• Linux experience (RHEL, CentOS, Debian, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree or working towards a bachelor's degree
• Availability to work 11:00pm - 7:30am EST
