Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Desk Adjuster specializing in Homeowners and Dwelling Fire claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjust reserves and provide recommendations in line with corporate policies
• Communicate with all parties to gather information and evaluate claims
• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate settlements while maintaining professional claim files

Required Qualifications and Education

• A college degree (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience managing Homeowners and Dwelling Fire claims as an inside/desk adjuster
• Experience with coverage and large loss claims
• Technical understanding of insurance coverage and claim procedures
• Ability to secure licenses in NY and surrounding states
