Key Responsibilities
- Conveying information regarding technology and product positioning to internal and external customers
- Facilitating initial workflow and communication with customers and partners for new account setups
- Managing processes from start to completion and collaborating with multiple departments on service health and feedback
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn Microsoft cloud services and portals
- Prior technical experience with online portals
- Aptitude to understand DNS, email routing, software deployment, and data migration
- Desire to learn new technology and work in a fast-paced environment
