Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Fulfillment Business Analyst to support and enhance order management and fulfillment capabilities within Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discussions with stakeholders to gather and define new requirements for Salesforce fulfillment capabilities
- Analyze existing fulfillment processes and propose optimized workflows
- Design, document, and support Salesforce Order Management and Fulfillment solutions, including custom configurations and integrations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including fulfillment processes and integrations
- Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
- Experience with quote-to-order lifecycle management
- Proficient with Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and APIs
