Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Fulfillment Business Analyst to support and enhance order management and fulfillment capabilities within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with stakeholders to gather and define new requirements for Salesforce fulfillment capabilities
• Analyze existing fulfillment processes and propose optimized workflows
• Design, document, and support Salesforce Order Management and Fulfillment solutions, including custom configurations and integrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including fulfillment processes and integrations
• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
• Experience with quote-to-order lifecycle management
• Proficient with Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and APIs
