A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep II.
Key Responsibilities
- Process member payments, address billing inquiries, and resolve discrepancies
- Provide accurate information regarding coverage plans and assist with prior authorization and referrals
- Update member information and handle claims inquiries, including status updates and reconsideration requests
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least two years of experience in claims examination, health insurance, customer service, or a related field
- Solid understanding of healthcare terminology, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
- Ability to clear a criminal background check
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and screen navigation
