Onboarding Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Associate to manage the onboarding process for new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete the 10DLC registration process for new clients
• Configure webhooks in ActBlue and add DNS records for shortlink domains
• Manage sales journeys for new clients using HubSpot

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational and quantitative skills
• Comfort using and adapting to new technology platforms
• Experience with political campaigns or advocacy CRMs is preferred
• Ability to work remotely from specified states
• Availability for evening or weekend work during peak periods
