- 4+ years of experience in Project Management/Implementations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with onboarding metrics and process improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Experience in mentoring and managing teams is a plus
