Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support customers and team members through the onboarding journey
- Provide documentation and organize meetings to address onboarding questions and needs
- Manage custom requests and escalations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR or a customer-facing role for an HR SaaS platform
- Experience in managing customer meetings and escalations
- Track record of improving customer satisfaction metrics
- Experience in following and enhancing team processes for a consistent customer experience
